The movement is structured around five main pillars that reflect the BEIN Institute's commitment to promoting sustainable development, training entrepreneurs, creating positive social impact and strengthening production chains, in line with the organization's values and mission.

Offering training programs in cosmetics production techniques, business management, sustainability, good manufacturing practices, marketing and sales, among others.

Providing individualized support through mentoring and consultancy, with the aim of guiding entrepreneurs and producers in solving specific challenges, developing business plans and growth strategies.

Facilitating access to credit lines, investments and development funds for entrepreneurs and producers looking to expand their businesses, invest in innovation and sustainability, or strengthen their operations.
